аз пия бира по пейките от 15-годишен. 12 е малко раничко, но като си помисля на колко години почват да правят секс днесшните, това си е едно нищо... рекламите не са никакъв фактор, за пиенето и пушенето личния пример е всичко. по-добре да го забранят, защото и без това са скучни, особено тези ракиените :)

Но това, че аз ти и още има-няма 100-тина души в тази страна мислим по този начин няма никакво, ама НИКАКВО значение!:(
И още...този закон е нещо, но определено смятам, че на българската държава (някой може ли да ми даде дефиниция на това понятие, ако изобщо съществува такава?) принципно не й пука и на йота за нейните граждани (те и те, толкова граждани, колкото държавата-държава, но това е друга тъжна тема).Този закон според мен е хвърляне на прах в очите.Доста по-ефективна мярка би била оскъпяването на цигарите, както хората в по-цивилизованите държави са го решили.Защото аз лично не бих си позволила примерно 5лв за кутия цигари дневно.А за моя изнендада установих, че и огромния черен надпис върху кутията "Пушенето убива" не е за пренебрегване.Но подобна стратегия се оказва твърде неудобна и финансово неизгодна...Значи, пропада!Амин!

А бе, Жорка, Павлина на вас май не ви е ясно, че в България употребата на алкохол си е нарастваща тенденция от 100 години на сам... Не е за пренебрегване фактът, че 12 години е ранна възраст, но не всички са като тях. Това е било изключение. Със или без този закон полужението няма да се промени особено. Аз пия и пуша от 8 клас, нормално е за 75% за хората от моя набор.
Начинът да се реши този "проблем" (в кавички защото за мен това не е проблем) не е да се гласуват два закона и тва е... За да се реши - трябват действия - лекции в училищата по повод влиянието на алкохола, разпространяване на безплатна информация и on line и под формата на интригуващи малки книжлета и по възможно най-разнообразни начини. Но както вече казах, не е проблем това... Въпрос на възпитание е...

Именно въпрос на възпитание е. Ако има закон, според който се налагат сериозни глоби на родителите на деца, приемащи алкохол, ми се струва, че възпитанието в семейна среда ще е доста по-сериозно (и по-болезнено, разбира се ;)
